    Fast service and food is flavorful. During peak hour parking is a problem. BBQ chicken and Pork both are good.

    Been coming to Vn Grill for a couple of years now and I've never been disappointed. Food is always really refreshing and the sauce is really delicious. Staff there is always so welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Inside the restaurant is really clean and has lots of places to sit. I would recommend coming in here to try some awesome food!

    One of the unsung heroes here if you're here on old Oakland; the food here packs a punch for their pricing and a loaded selection for customers to customize. I chose the pork bowl with my choice of vermicelli noodles. You get to choose two sauces to complement your bowl among a wide selection! My cousin and I came here hungry and this spot didn't disappoint, the nori fries here are so delicious. If you're in a snacking mood I would opt for the fries; there's an option to get loaded fries which is kind of a meal in itself! If would do a bowl for a meal my next visit, I took home the fries due to how full I was. The noodles are so good with the sauce, and almost refreshing quality without feeling bloated. I also did get a Vietnamese coffee, pretty standard, just wanted to try to give insight; it's there for those who need it but you won't generally be here for the drinks! Workers are fast with orders, a generally quiet spot, but they're excited to help with your needs/questions here!

    What a stark difference from this photo experience to my experience at 1 star Tasty Donuts; see other Yelp review. Quality/Quantity - Simple menu done well. Ordered as many different things as possible to try them all. Shrimp Spring Rolls - Lettuce heavy! But it actually tasted good. I was worried for nothing. VN Grill Pork Slider - Generous pulled pork; exceeded my expectations. Banh Mi Taco - Wow, I mean wow. Way larger than I expected. This and the pork sliders could have been my dinner... Well, we were also at the brewery. :) See Shaka Brewery Yelp Review. The pork was similar, if not the same, as the Chinese Chow Sui, BBQ pork. Chicken Bowl - My wife enjoyed; she said 5 stars! Atmosphere - Small local family business, support locals. Decor done well. See pictures. I especially like the bathroom decorations... Open 6 days a week from 11am to 9pm, closed Sundays. Service - The owners were so inviting and welcoming. They saw me taking pictures and made even more small talk with me. So positive. Many businesses can learn from this. Price - $32; inexpensive in my opinion. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2013.
